| 11/25/2014 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | I visited the site and found a foot bridge approximately 15'-20' in length on the third floor between buildings 1 & 2 with some temporary shoring extending up from the second floor supporting the third floor bridge. I spoke with a manager in the office and she indicated they were aware of this issue and the corporate office is in the process of selecting a contractor to affect the repairs. I requested the manager have identical shoring installed from the second floor to the ground to more evenly distribute the load until repairs are complete. She stated she would begin straight away with getting the additional shoring installed. The manager stated further she would contact her corporate offices to ascertain a time estimate for the repairs to be completed. She will contact me when she obtains that information. |
