Visited site, met TFD on site, inspected, found as follows,fire tha thad started in the living room from a wood stove that it burned the ceiling rafter(partial), gas line was damaged due to the fire, wrote notice of vioaltion, spoke to southwest gas and had him pinn the gas meter closed due to the damage of the gas line, had manager sign for notice of violation and gave zero days to abate due to the appliances being on gas.Took pictures |
