Spoke to the owner and he stated that no one is living in the tent he is using it to store some things in to keep it out of the weather, did not see any horse waste on the day of my inspection. He is looking to start building on the southeast side of the property, has permit but has to get it re-issued. Case Close NOVERIFY |
