Visited site, inspected, found as follows, interior remodeling being done inside unit, owner had cut gas line, TFD was contacted, gas meter was pinned closed, there is extensive work being established inside unit, electrical, plumbing, a notice of violation was written, had explained the notice of violation to the owner, time lines, extensions, citation process, stated that she understood, had her sign and gave a copy, also posted a STOP WORK ORDER on unit till permits are secure |
