Site inspection could not confirm obstruction of traffic view either heading west on 9th by corner (with no stop sign) and turning right, or heading south on Martin Ave (with stop sign) turning left. However, vegetation is partially overgrown and obstructing pedestrian passage through front and side abutting right-of-ways. |
