Visited site, inspected, found as follows, mutiple units were open and unsecured, talked to manager of complex, stated tha tthey owner has tied his hands and is to do minamal to board up units and clean complex, I then called owner and stated to her that i would be back out and tha tshe needed to board up all vacant unit and would have to be done within twenty four hours or the the City would take over the complex and have the units boarded up, she then stated that she would hire more personnel and have units boarded up by the end of next day, |
