Spoke to Ralp Lurie who is renting the property at thsi time, I asked him if he has been working on cars here at the property and he stated yes, I explined to him that he could not work on other people vehicles here at this house only his own. He stated he only had one car there that was not his and he would stop working on it and call the owner to come get it. He has a white Toyota in the driveway that he is working on and he said he would put it back inside the carport with a cover over it when he was not working on it. Did not see a weed violation at the time of my inspection he did have some refuse in the carport, I told him he need to clean-up the carport and he state he would take car of it. |
