11/12/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with owner daughter and TPD to check on the property. Walked the property and could see there was a board blocking the back door where you could not move the door, it was not like that the other day when I was there, I also turned off the power on the Nov 7 with breakers and they were turned back on. Asked TPD to make entry into the house and no one would come to the door. The owners drilled out the door knobs and TPD made a sweep of the room, the board at the back door was on the floor so there was someone inside of the house. The owner daughter put new locks on the front door and we boarded up the back door and back bedroom window. use 3 board to secure the back windows and door. The owner daughter had a roll-off dropped off while inspector Smith was there and they will start cleaning on Friday, they have bomb the inside of the house for it has major bug infestation.
