VISITED SITE, MET WITH OFFICE MANAGER, EXPLAINED THE COMPLAINT AND SHE STATED SHE WAS AWARE OF THE COMPLAINT AND THAT BOTH THE STOVE AND GAS LINE WERE REPLACED BY MAINTANENCE. CONTACTED THE TENANT, SPOKE WITH NORMA SANCHEZ WHO STATED THE STOVE AND GAS LINE HAD BEEN REPLACED, AND VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESPONSE TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
