Inspection found overgrown vegetation on the property all around the wall on the property line. Found trash in the back of the property and near the wall in the front, refuse in the back yard eastside of hte property next to the wall. Two dilapidated structures in the back next to the north wall and east wall. Graffiti on the north wall in the front of the house. Spoke to owner by phone and he is working on getting demo permit for the 2 structures and cleaning up the property. |
