09/17/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REVISITED SITE, FOUND BOARDS REMAIN ON ALL OPENINGS, STRUCTURE WAS BOARDED DUE TO VACANT UNIT AND OWNER UNABLE TO BE CONTACTED AT THE TIME. FENCE AROUND THE PROPERTY ALSO IN PLACE, FENCE WAS NOT PUT UP BY THE CITY, BUT WAS FENCED PRIOR TO THE FIRE. SPOKE WITH MAINTANENCE PERSON RALPH LIM WHO STATED RESTARAUNT OWNER WHO WAS LEASING THE BUILDING WITH PLANS TO ESTABLISH A RESTARAUNT HAVE BACKED OUT OF THE LEASE. OWNERS HAVE NO PLANS TO DO ANYTHING WITH THE BUILDING AT THIS TIME. LEASORS WERE IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING PLANS DRAWN UP BY AN ARCHITECT BUT DUE TO THE FIRE BACKED OUT. BUILDNG NOW REMAINS VACANT AND SECURED.
