Visited site, inspected ,follow as follows, found no feather banners, met owner, discussed about the posting of the feather banners, tenant was upst, showed documets on the process of the city ordinence,explained the process and that a citation could be issued if the feather banners were posted, he then stated to me tha tI needed to remove myself from the premises, I then left the site, this case will be closed as no violation no verify |
