There is an active permit, T07CM00066, for a the garage addition as well as other modifications which is valid until 05-19-15 at this point in time. Research has revealed there is an open case, T11DV08516, whcih was assigned to R. Mendoza and then reassigned to myself, without my knowledge, in October 2014. Having not been informed the case had been reassigned I never followed up or even knew to follow up. I will go back and close the previous case and refer it to this case and set a follow up for 05-15-15, four days before the permit is set to expire. |
