The owner was questioning the alley that it belongs to the city. Did go over that a citation is going to be sent. She did question what the amount was and said the fine max.'s out at $2500.00 She wanted to complain about being rude to the daughter on one of the inspection. I did give her my card and cell phone number and told her to call my supervisor. While doing my notes she did call and gave her 10 days to complete the cleaning. Will check in 10 days. RV.
