There are two segments of the sidewalk missing as the result of a mesquite tree which is growing at the edge of the sidewalk. This is a very mature tree and likely has been there more than 20 years. As per direction from supervision I will issue an NOV to the property owner @ 8832 E. 3rd. St. |
