Visited the site and meet with the tenant to discuss the item on the complaint. I found electrical problems with the devices and circuits in multiple rooms. There has been modification to the electrical wiring. Thye smoke alarms are missing from the bedrooms and hallways. There is a portable heating/cooling unit in the dinning room. The wall A/C unit cords are excess in length poising fire and tripping hazards. The roof cooler is in deteriorated condition and inoperable. The kitchen hood is a vented type, but no vent system installed and is inoperable. The water heater installation does not appear code compliant. The gass line at the emersisson from the earth is deteriorated. There is no records in Permit Plus indicateing this work was done with permits. |
