01/30/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and found a male sleeping in the wood frame shed. He was removed while on site and met with the daughter on no one can remain in the shed at any time. All the sleeping items need to be removed and not placed in the shed at any time unless for storage purposes. Did give the daughter info on getting the front unit rehab and went over on keeping the unit secured at all times. Was assisted by inspector Colleen Bigman. Will check in 30 days. RV.
01/28/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The unit is vacant and secured. The property is cleaned and found someone near the shed and appears to be staying in the wood shed. Will check at another date in the morning to check if any one is in the storage room sleeping. RV.

10/02/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owners rep. and he signed all the paper work and was working on cleaning the property. Did go over what needs to be done on securing the property and having the property cleaned. There is a brush and bulky scheduled in a couple of weeks for the pile in the front of the unit to be picked up. Will check in 30 days. RV.
