Structure is neither unsecure or abandoned and is not what was reported by complainant. No broken windows (east and west facades have security bars), no breached openings; utilities are active. There is accumulation of dead vegetation on property and vegetative obstruction of front right-of-way, primarily front yard; accumulation of weeds/grass over 6" in rear yard; refuse in the form of scattered debris in rear yard; portion of east wood panel fencing in rear yard area is missing slats with 1-2 panels down. |
