I spoke to a manager type person in the office and he stated he would turn it over to COT graffiti abatement. I attempted to explain that the cas had come from graffiti however he was insistant that graffiti woudl abate. I will follow up in 10 days and if the problem is still present I will issue an NOV to the PO. |
