Meet with the tenants and discussed conditions. Pictures were taken. There is water damage to the drywall below the soffit. The cooler is in a deteriorated condition. The light fixture in the kitchen is deteriorated and the light is flickering. The kitchen hood fan is covered in excess grease. The smoke alarm in the front bedroom is placed in the wrong location. It is in the airflow path of the cooler duct. The rear bedroom door hardware is incomplete. The sliding glass door and bedroom windows do not operate properly. The front door exterior light fixture is not sealed for the elements. |
