The addition in question is a carport. The strucutre was erected somewhere between the 2002 and 2005. The structure is well built and not unsafe in any manner whatsoever. There have been 3 different owners since the carport was added. Due to the quality in workmenship and materials used and the structure has existed for approximately 11 years no enforcement action will occur. |
