I spoke with the business owner regarding the unpermitted banner. He was argumentative and demanded to know who complained. I did not entertain his inquiry, explained the ordinance and ordered him to remove the sign which he refused initially however a subsequent inspection on 09-29-14 revealed the banner had been removed. |
