Inspected on 09-27-14 and witnessed multiple banners being displayed around the property. There have been multiple cases with this proprietor in the recent past, 2 cases in 2012 and another last month. Notes in the most recent case indicate a Spanish speaking inspector will need to contact the owner. It is recommended a citation be issued at the time of inspection due to continuous and willful disregard for the sign ordinance. |
