Visited the site and found two fence panels leaning up against the trailer door providing it to be secured. The panels appear to have been in place for some time. There is no evidence of foot travel or paths in the dirt around the trailer. The outer fence is still secure as the inspection done previously on this property. Left phone message for the owner to call me. |
