Was called out by TPD for Min housing issues, when i got to the location found a double wide trailer that from the outside did not look to bad, there was a lot of trash and overgrown vegetation on the property, JMV stored in the back, a make shift fence on the east side of the property made of old boards and pallits. The stairs to the front door needed to be replace, a outside receptacle needed to be repalce with an outdoor receptacle and it needs a cover and placed back in the hole. The insode look some what clean but found a number of holes in the floor that were large and where a kid could fall through. The shower in the master bed room was not hooked up to teh plumping and was draining out to the ground. There was not doors on a number of the cabints, the draws where missing in the kitchens did not see any smoke detectors in any of the rooms of the trailer. Wiring in some of the room had been modified and was just hunging on the wall. Ceiling in in one bedroom was falling down. The trailer was owner was give an order to vacate, she was told she could remove any items from the trailer but it had to be during the day. |
