| 09/26/2014 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Visited site,met tenant, inspected, found as follows, electrical hazards in unit, open and exposed wiring,arking and sparking romex,exposed exterior wiring on the exterior,water heater is a safety hazard due to eposed and open to the exterior elements, no flue piping,no tpt valve, contatcted supervision, explained safety hazards in the electrical wiring,also the plumbing hazards due to no flu piping, was approved to condemn unit, wrote notice of violation, gave a copy to tenant, also contacted owner and explained status of the condemnation of the unit and placement of the tenant and child, also explained tha the would have to hire a licensed electrical contractor to repair all electrical hazards and also for the plmbing hazards of the water heater,gave zeero days to abate, explained to the owner tha tthe tenant needed a place o stay due to the condemnation, stated that he had a place to put resident, ,no calls recieved, contatced supervision, and explained status on the tenant and that they needed a palce to stay, recived a call fom csr and made arragements to place tenant for two days, discussed with tenant, and was approved.follow up inthirty days. contatced tep and had service dissconnected |
