A new wooden fence has been erected and the temporary chain link is gone. Pool water is in balance and the filter was operating at the time of my inspection. The house is cleaned up and secured. Case closed. |

A neighbor called the ward office on the 26th of September to complain about the pool. I responded back to the addresst to discovere that the REMAX rep had not yet addressed the pool or fence. I responded to the REMAX office and spoke with the REP who stated that he would need to get approval from Fannie Mae and it would take time. I told him I would be forced to secure the pool immediately and called Baker to install a temproary fence. |
