House is vacant and in foreclosure. The property is being managed by Remax Realty for Fannie-Mae, the owner, during the foreclosure and resale process. The PM is aware of the pool and the condition of the water. The pool is not unsecure and there is a fence surrounding the entire property. The fence in the rear however is not code compliant due to height requirements. The water in the pool is chemically out of balance and the PM is aware and in the process of getting the electricity restored to the property so the water can be drained, refilled and chemically balance. I explained the barrier height requirement to the PM and he advised he would address that as well. Will f/u in one week. |
