The house is vacant and abandoned. The house is haevily deteriorated. The is much debris and refuse throughout the property and all the vegetation is either dead or untended. Water records show service was terminated in March 2013 and the bill payer was the listed owner of the property. I ran the name in the system and that person is not paying a water bill in their name in Tucson at this time. I will need to do some research and attempt to locate the owner, a relative or some other responsible party. |
