Management has explained to the tenant that she must fill out some required documents which will be processed through the companies corporate office and subsequently approved or denied. I made contact with the tenant and explained that she needed to follow the request and policies of the management first and if they refuse to accomodate her needs to then contact the Federal DOJ and request an ADA compliance inspector to assist her in determining the next course of action. |
