Has a pool in the rear yard that has been drained but has water at the bottom from the rains. Did call the listed owner which is a bank owned property and received no call back. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero on securing the property and was given permission to secure the property. Did take pictures of the property and the securement. Did screw some of the windows due to was able to lock the window but was still able to open the windows. Did the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front window. Due to the pool in the rear yard did place a city lock on the gated at the carport and leaving the pool secured at this time. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
