Arrived and the unit was opened and unable to secure. The unit has no access to all the windows and doors due to a large amount of storage in boxes or items staced in all the rooms. Found extension cords through out to appliances or lights added to see in all the rooms. The unit has no water due to being locked at the meter for non payment by the water department. The gas meter has been removed by S.W.G. The electrical will be removed due to the amount of extension cords being used and not able to get the the outlets or the switches in the unit. Not able to locate the owner and will call Bathcrest to the site to have the unit secured. Do have other issues on the property of trash and debris, tall grass and weeds, J.M.V.'s, ABS piping has been connected to the clean out in the front of the unit, roaches and no smoke detectors. Will do N.O.V. RV.
