Arrived and the roof is leaking in the living room area on the north east side of the room, the windows are hard to open, has a broken window, the front door knob is not able to lock, the front door is binding and lacking weatherstripping, the bathroom floor has been worked on and the wood that was replaced has not been secured to the floor joists, smoke detectors are lacking or not working, the floor is not stable in the north east bedroom, lacking the surround on the tub and shower to protect the walls, and the electrical panel is not labeled. The property has tall grass and weeds with trash and debris. Did talk to the owner due to called while on site to go over the issues and will call the husband. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
