Visited site, met tenant on site, inspected, found as follows,arcadia does not open and close properly,dishwasher does not work,balcony rails are loose and pose a safety hazard,brick on fire place is loose,smoke detector does not work,AC thermostat is not funcytioning,bath tub diverter valves are loose,leak in bathtub area ceiling is not properly repaired, sheetrock was replaced by plywood,also have bed bugs,front door is not sealed and allowing exterior elements in, will write notice of violation |
