Met with the tenant of the property and has vehicles on the property and all belong to the tenant or family members. Has tires piled for storage and need to be moved 6' away from the property line. Has a metal container approx. 8' x 20' in the front of the property with a corrigated iron on wood frame shop area attached to the metal container. Has no utilities on the property of electrical, water, sewer or gas. Did let the tenant know that a permit may be required due to being vacant land. Has installed a metal picket fence in the front of the property in-between chainlink fencing on both sides of the property to close off the property to gain entry into the property. Did give card with address of Planning and Development Services Department to check on what is required to keep the storage on the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
