Storage on property in excess of the allowable 25% of lot area,, primarily in rear screened yard and includes vehicles and use of storage buildings; storage is also present in front porch and yard area, tv, storage bins, books. Some of the material in the rear yard is scattered in a manner inconsisent with tended items and will be considered refuse. The vehicles are properly screened and are not in violation except under consideration of total storage. Accumulation of weeds/grass over 6" in east side yard and front right-of-way. |
