At site, I spoke to manager, he stated that he paid for the banner on the south side of the building, but he would have to check his records. Two feather flags out front and two signs posted on a tree on the south side. Explained issues of illegal signs and gave him written information on signs. I advised him to contact the sign dept. I contacted the sign dept, there is no permit for the banner. F/U 10 days. |
