09/25/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet on site with R Vidal, Tomasz P. of TFD and myself. Tomasz issued a TFD Pre-Citation for the spraying. We spoke about what was allowed by the Fire Codes. The car lot owner was not present, but his mechanic was. The mechanic stated that they buy cars for parts to work on cars with. There is 33 vechiles on the lot portion at this time.
09/25/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Spoke with Russlyn at PDSD and she showed me that this parcel is not in compliance with Article 4 Section 4.8.4 for usage. Sales only and for 11 spaces. This is per the last site plan.
09/24/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Hand delievered the NOV and explained what needed to be done. I will return tomarrow, if not in compliance I will issue a citation on site. TFD is meeting me tomarrow on site.
