visited site, met tenant, inspected, found wall collasping in the carport and the laundry room, both doors in the laundry room do not open due to the leaning of the support wall,also looked at the electrical service entrance and has no grounding at all,safety gate for the swimming pool is not working properly, took pictures,contacted home owner, and explained the status of the supporting wall, also that they needed to secure the structure due to the instalbility, received a call later and stated that they have secured a contractor to stablize the support walls, will follow up |
