Visited site and did find where water had been leaking in a bedroom. The ceiling had been repaired previously and was done so in a very poor manner of workmenship. On the roof above the bedroom is an evaporative cooler which is most likely the point of the leak. I spoke with the occupant who stated the roof has leaked in that area for several years and is an ongoing problem. I asked if there were any other problems and the occupant showed me a light fixture in the kitchen that was not emmiting an appropriate amount of light for it's size and configuration. In addition there were several floor tiles in the kitchen which are broken and in need of replacing. I explained I would contact the property manager and require that he address the roof immediately and the other items within 30 days. |
