At site, refuse on Linden, Speaker cabinets, TV, table, mattress and box spring. Refuse on Catalina, Sofa and trash bag of refuse. Overgrown vegetation in back yard and city ROW along Catalina. Broken windows in the front of home. Measured fence; on the south side, 5' to curb, slopes down to 4'9" to the north side. I spoke to supervisor Martin R. 3" off, no violation. F/U 30 days. |
