Property is in an advanced state of disrepair. All windows are boarded. Overgrown, untended and vegetation. Weeds throughout and miscellaneous refuse and debris. Research suggests the porperty has been vacant since November 2013. The listed owner has an address in the Phoenix area where I will send and NOV. |
