Met with the tenant and did an inspection on the mobile home. Found no smoke detectors, closets lacking rods where the shelving is in the closets, broken or loose ceramic tile on the floor through out, carpet loose on edges where not secured, cooler not working in the living room, the cooler on the roof appears to not have water due to not cooling, the vents for supply air are not on through out trying to get more air out of the duct, outlets and light fixture are not secured or are hanging, exterior door not sealed for weatherization, cooler on the roof leaking water into the kitchen area, doors have been added in the master bedroom and lacking the trim, lacking the address to the property and has tall grass and weeds. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
