At site, found that the home is in foreclosure. The rear door was open and some windows are broken. I locked access to all the windows and rear door. Altisource, property preservation Servicing is maintaning the property. Contact person is Josh, 949-284-0175. Called, left message. I also have his e-mail address. I'll e-mail him the NOV to secure the broken windows. F/U 10 days. |
