I will be monatoring till property violation are abated.
09/22/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Bussiness owner ( B and M Construction ) has removed all equipment, trailer's and temp chainlink fence from property. Owner of property still not aloud to remove anything Debris from property till courts say its ok. Owner Is willing to have property cleaned as soon as he gets the ok from the courts, will need to monator till Bankruptcy is settled.
07/20/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Property owner still in contact with me and has sent me document of business owner still in bankruptcy, looks like he might be getting property back with-in a few month's and is going to abate all violation as soon as he gets the ok from judge to enter property. will keep in contact till violations are abated.
05/12/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Property still in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, have been getting information updates from property owner, Should be hearing soon on ok for owner to address clean up. will be monatoring till property in compliance. follow up in 60 days

03/10/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Im working with property owner to have lot cleaned, He asked for a little more time, he said he is working with bussiness owner and Bankruptcy lawyer on property. Will grant more time and no fees.

10/15/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Property still in violation will be sending notice Certified mail with 15 more days to comply and will be applying reinspection fees. if no compliance will be citing next and appling 2nd reinspection fees.
