I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER OF THE ANIMALS, STEPHANIE SIMPSON, SHE INDICATED THAT A FRIENDS DOGS, HER DOGS, AND HER MOTHERS DOGS ARE HOUSED AT THE PROPERTY ALONG WITH 13 PUPPIES. I HAVE FURTHER RESEARCH TO PERFORM BEFORE DETERMINING IF THERE IS A VIOLATION. |
