08/25/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE PER TPD / CAR INTO BUILDING. UPON ARRIVAL I FIRST MET WITH TPD OFFICERS, FOUND A WHITE DODGE DURANGO HEADING WEST HAD ENTERED THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY STRIKING THE FRONT PORCH COLLUM, WHERE THE PORCH MEETS THE CARPORT. LOOKED INSIDE THE CARPORT AREA, FOUND DRYWALL DAMAGE APPROX 10FT X 8FT AND 4-6 STUDS DAMAGED OR DISPLACED FROM THE CARPORT EXTERIOR EAST WALL. THE DAMAGED COLLUM ON THE FRONT POCH APPEARED TO BE A FALSE, FRAMED COLLUM AND PORCH BEAM POSSIBLY IS SUPPORTED IN THE CARPORT WALL. FROM THE CARPORT I FOUND A ELECTRICAL WIRE TORN IN HALF, CHECKED SERVICE PANEL BUT FOUND NO TRIPPED BREAKERS. I PLACED WIRE NUTS ON EACH END OF THE WIRING. STUDS ON THE COLLUM ALSO DAMAGED OR DISPLACED.
NOV WAS ISSUED FOR ALL REPAIRS TO BE COMPLETED UNDER PERMIT, NOV SIGNED FOR BY THE OWNER
