Met owner on site with inspector supervisor R. SALDATE present, found main gas line repaired, main gas water heater and gas stove operational, hot water to kitchen sink, master bath shower and lavatory sink. All electrical outlets in living room and north bedroom working properly. Owner provided copy of approved floor plan dated 12/2/1992 including electric water heater in north bedroom closet. AS PER INSPECTOR SUPERVISER R. SALDATE- VIOLATIONS ABATED CLOSE CASE. |
