Visited site and found weeds and grass in excess of 6" throught the property. Found Refuse and debris at the south ends. There is a dead tree laying on the ground. The Nopalas catus is overgrown over the wall. The grounding electrical conductor for the power on the pole is missing, and holes in the bottom of the panel. There is grafitti on the inside wall. |
