Permitted peddler for 53-81 N 6th Ave (T14OT00810) as King's Kid was at a location further south and using a large temp ramada with 2 feet into the street. Peddler was advised he was only permitted for his listed location and that any temporary shade structure needed to be small enough to be setback 4' from the curb as indicated in TC Sec. 7-30(c). Peddler and ramada were moved. |
